We can direct deposit for that employee within 2 days. We can give you the net figure to pay the employee on the spot (you can write the check on-site). Or, we can write the check and deliver same or next day. It’s that easy. Cost for this “emergency check”? $10 (plus delivery, if necessary). Versus $20 or more and inflated delivery costs. We round our delivery costs to the next available dollar amount, that’s it. Simple.

Also, all of our clients are assigned to ONE primary payroll accountant. You’ll get to know them well and they will get to know you well. No more having to explain the same thing to 3 different people each pay period, or be on hold for 20 minutes.  We’re all here to help you and will when your payroll accountant is out of the office.

If you’re using our on-line product(s) – we’re here to help. Within seconds, we can allow you to see our desktop from yours so you can learn and see what needs to be done without getting up! We will also conduct FREE training (on our payroll applications) for anyone within your organization.  This helps you get more efficient with our on-line products and learn new ways to get real information that you can manage with.
