Who is Paystubz?

Great question.  We are people that care about what we do.  We care about taking care of our clients because we know if we don’t someone else will.  Without our clients, we don’t have jobs.  It’s that simple.

We’re young, vigorous, and love challenges.  We paid our first clients’ employees on January 4, 2008.  28 people.  We earned $95 for that service.  Fast forward to 2010 where we’re  projected to process over $100,000,000 in gross wages for our clients and route over $50,000,000 in ACH payments (payroll taxes and direct deposit).

We’ve had an amazing beginning and we couldn’t be more grateful to those that have placed their trust in us and our services.  Our clients are in South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska, Iowa, and Minnesota (oh, Arizona and California too).

The best part of all this?  We’re just getting warmed up.

We constantly search the internet and our trade associations for better ways to provide service.  Whether its technology or the simplest items, it doesn’t matter, if it saves time, money, and doesn’t sacrifice quality, we do it.  For instance, its mandatory that we punch holes in paper payroll registers that go to clients.  Why?  The client doesn’t have to if they store their payroll registers in binders.
